I have been struggling with fat loss for years. I have been wanting to be an Air Stewardess with Singapore Airlines for 3 years but never made the cut as I know that I am on the overweight side. I have tried many workout plans and diet strategies and nothing has worked sustainably until I met Khalim. Khalim helped me understand the basics of weight loss & how importantly the right diet & nutrition is when it comes to losing weight. He recommended a sustainable diet which comprise of a negative calorie diet program. I am required to eat sensibly & train me hard with twice in a day at times! The result is not just amazing but it’s rapid. Even my Aunt could not recognise me. Not only I had loss 15kg of weight but I am proud to be accepted as an Air Stewardess with Singapore Airlines. Today, I am fitter and healthier than ever before. I have more energy and am more confident in myself. I started working out with Khalim during my 2nd kid post-pregnancy. It did help me get back in shape. Though I am not fully committed to working out (with a strict program and diet) at that time, slowly and gradually I can feel my strength and endurance increasing and I get to be more comfortable with my body. I learned the forms and techniques along the way. Due to my hectic working time, I stopped going to the gym. I do workout still but by following available youtube videos.
Fast forward, I gave birth to my 3rd kid. Good thing I still keep a healthy lifestyle – which has helped me a lot in recovering. However, though I work out routinely, I can’t see much improvement. This is when I realised I hit a plateau in my fitness journey. I start working out with Khalim again for 1-1 training face to face and sometimes zoom.
After 2 years of working out with Khalim , I can say I am happy with the result. I gained knowledge on how to listen and take care of my body and proper nutrition. Working out has helped me in my overall well-being, including helping to reduce anxiety and stress, increasing my immune system, better sleep, improving self-esteem, and promoting a positive outlook on life!
