We offer personalised personal training, health coaching, and lifestyle programs designed to help you build strength, confidence, and long-term wellness.

2. How do I get started?

You can get started by filling out our consultation form or contacting us directly to book your first session or consultation.

3. Do I need to be fit to start training?

Not at all! We work with clients of all fitness levels, including complete beginners. Every program is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

4. What if I have an injury or medical condition?

If you have a medical condition or injury, you must provide medical clearance from your doctor before training. Safety is our top priority.

5. Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes, as long as it’s done at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations will result in session forfeiture.

6. How long do I have to use my session package?

All sessions must be used within the timeframe stated in your package agreement. Unused sessions after the expiry date are forfeited.

7. Are your packages refundable?

No, payments are non-refundable unless a valid medical reason is provided and approved.

8. Where do the training sessions take place?

Sessions can take place at your home, outdoors, or at a partnered gym/studio depending on your location and preference.

9. Do you offer online training or coaching?

Yes! We offer virtual coaching and training plans for clients who prefer to work out remotely.
